"We stayed here on our way to Basel for New Years and it was a quaint little hotel near a skiing hotspot. The fog in the area was quite thick so we unfortunately couldn’t take in the beauty of the area. The breakfast was rather limited compared to other places we stayed and parking was across the street in a shopping plaza lot but close enough not to be inconvenient. There were only a couple of restaurants that were open nearby and most people were in town for the skiing. Sad we couldn’t take one...

"This place was fantastic! We had a toddler, which means all vacations are pretty rough. The room was spacious and we had a loft. It was quiet and peaceful. We brought our chariot and cross country skis and were able to take the little dude out on some excellent trails. The location was nice. "The hotel was great, the lake view beautiful, friendly staff, nice included breakfast. Dog friendly (we had our two fur babies with us). The only complaint was that being a vegan there were no vegan options on the menu. They did try to accommodate me with a pasta dish but it wasn’t good at all though I appreciated the effort. The restaurant and drink prices are quite high but Switzerland is expensive. You need a car for that location. All in all a nice stay. "

"We love the hotel, it was a Family trip first time in Switzerland, did ski 3 days and we took the bus and the train super easy. We also rented the ski gear close by like 10 minutes from the hotel. We had a blast. "

"The room was remodeled, and the hotel management took great care in selecting the furniture! I have a rather nice bed at home, but this new bed in the ski lodge was the best bed I have ever slept on! Just glorious night of sleep… and the resultant manger was spot on… his staff was flawless and kind, the food was flavorful and delightful."

"We had a wonderful time here. The staff went above and beyond. They were all very friendly. The breakfast was great. There is a path right behind the Inn that goes to the mountain. A short walk away. The train station is right across the street, however we never heard anything. We can’t say enough good things about this place, its staff, and its location. "
