"Great place to stay, walkable from station even with luggage. Very clean and quiet. Good service and the staff was very helpful.
Ironing was inconvenient as they don’t allow iron in the rooms - they make iron available to use in a common conference room. "
"We have stayed in some pretty special places but the Grand National Hotel has been right at the top of them. The staff, especially Tim Oberli in the front office, was attentive and helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay here. "
"Though the hotel room is small in size, it has every thing. The breakfast was excellent. First time, we reached to the hotel by walking. It takes 10-8 min from the Luzern Station. Hotel provides a free bus card for the more convenience. Bus Stop is across from the hotel. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and some other restaurants. There is pizza/pasta and bar close to the hotel (across from the gas station) which opens until 11:00 pm. I like the hotel"
"Nice hotel close to the train station, breakfast was above average, they have a cute dinning area that has supplies like glasses, silverware and access to tea/coffee/water if you wanted to buy meals outside the hotel! We were able to leave our luggage after checkout with no fees which was a bonus! "

"Fantastic stay, in a beautiful location with easy transport links. Room was perfect with an amazing lake view. Lovely food and service in the bar area, but had some issues with dining room in main restaurant, this was addressed effectively at reception. Overall a fantastic stay."
"This room was pristine and modern with a safe with no extra charge. It was a small bedroom with a large t.v on the wall but we also had a seperate office room with 2 small arm chairs and a t.v also. The shower room was very modern and exceptionally clean. The hotel itself was very close to the busy train station and walkable in 5 minutes.Lovely breakfast area with a small buffet breakfast.Would reccomend this hotel.Remember to bring a swiss plug adapter bcos our european 2 pin plugs didnt fit into their funny shaped sockets!! We bought one at reception for 10 sf"
"Hotel staff was very friendly and check in quick. restaurant on site with lots of choices. Very close to this beautiful city. The Swiss white wine is top notch !"
