"We loved our stay here. The property is located perfectly in the Inner Stadt. Easy access by walking or public transportation. The staff were so polite, welcoming and helpful with directions, making reservations, anything you needed for a wonderful stay. I would recommend the breakfasts. The breakfast choices were amazing. "Stay was decent. They don’t tell you that you have to pay for laundry which isn’t something you want to do when you’re already paying a few hundred a night for the stay. They also don’t tell you that the property is located directly above a train line that runs throughout the day and night. You can feel the vibrations which isn’t ideal, especially since one night the train ran until midnight. The location is okay. "

"This was the most spacious room we had in all of our travels around Europe. It is centrally located, beautiful, and clean. Since this is a self-checkin property, it isn’t immediately obvious where the entry is and the number of doors to go through to get to the apartment is ‘unique’ but that all added to the charm. "

"The staff was very responsive with easy convenient communication via Whatsapp, even after hours. The apartment has everything you need, close grocery, and comfortable bedding. "We enjoyed this little cozy boutique hotel so much. After busy days sightseeing we loved having a drink in the bar or living room which were festively decorated for Christmas. I wish the breakfast were more reasonably priced. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Great location with terrific restaurants just a block away. "

"We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. Room was massively spacious, clean we actually loved it. Just down the road from the tram into the city centre which we navigated without any issues. There’s nothing bad I can say about the property excellent value for money to stay in the city centre with this spec I feel it would triple your costing! Would definitely use this hotel again if we were to go back to Vienna. Thank you for a super pleasant stay. "
