"I stay here every time I fly through Chicago and need an overnight. It is usually very fair priced. The restaurant is always good and certainly fair priced with a hotel issued discount card. Staff is very helpful. The 24 hour free airport shuttle is a real benefit and one of the main reasons I choose this property."

"Customer service was as expected, and efficient enough at the front desk. The color scheme of the hallways was a bit drab for the times, in addition to some chipping paint in visible areas. The panel on the up/down selector for the main floor elevator was loose. For the price, that shouldn’t be happening IMO."
