It was a one night stay which overall was good, the only fault really was when we booked in the bed had not been made after telling reception we were assured it would be when we got back from the theatre, when we returned it still was not made after telling reception again we were moved to another room, which was ok.

Central location. Was upgraded to a single room with window. Bed was comfortable and hot shower. Reported TV not working to reception on departure and some minor maintenance work needed ie ceiling needed repainting and bathroom Lino needed re sticking to floor in one part but apart from that comfortable stay. Also it was a non smoking room but I the smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms was coming into the room at night.

Absolutely filthy disgusting the sink was permanently blocked with the plug and stunk! Clumps of hair all over the floor hair in the bedding all stained with holes all in we were upgraded to a room with sea view would hate to have seen the basic room that was booked! Local children all running round the hotel swearing and eventually kicked out by the manager. Would never ever return the hotel is very old and dated this isn’t the issue, just clearly the maids clean with their eyes closed.

Bed mattress was rock hard, only 1 pillow each which were also very uncomfortable. Bath had a large crack in it the spa jets not clean, shower hose leaked badly, Overall not very good
