"The wife and I loved Prama Sanur Beach. Being able to lay on a lounge on the beach all day was awesome! Thank you to Chef Ida Bagus Ketut Laba and his crew put on the most wonderful spread. You won’t die from starvation! Lezat makan! We will be returning. "

"The staff was super friendly and really wanted you to feel welcome. We got the ground floor pool on the back side of the property and for the first day there it seemed like had the pool to ourselves. The next day we had other ground floors occupied so it was not as private but it was still nice to go out the back door and into the pool. The hotel food was good (the breakfast was great) but there are dozens of restaurants in walking distance as well that offer a variety of options. If you have Grab or Gojek app you can also get food delivered. You will need to take a Grab or cab to the beach as it is a little far (5 to 10 minute walk). "

"Great resort for those with kids. Kids club and pools are staffed by friendly people who genuinely love interacting with the kids. Only downside is the distance from the beach - although only a 10-15min walk by adults, it’s challenging to walk with small kids on the busy roads which are shared by cars, scooters, motorcycles and pedestrians. "

"Loved the beach club and managed to enjoy the seafood BBQ which was delicious. On arrival was given a voucher for afternoon tea of tea & cakes. Lovely pools and poolside service, cocktails and food where I was able to wait for a late flight. The bar staff were knowledgeable and efficient, the porters and concierge were exceptional and they went above and beyond to make this a wonderful stay. Thank you, Puri Santrian, will definitely return. "

"This is a good 5 star choice located on the Hyatt Regency beach strip. Really it is a competitor with the Hyatt but with much classier rooms - especially if you book the Impressive Suites and above. Some rooms have their own pool $$$. The service is terrific and, importantly, the aircon is adjustable. The family pool is not quite big enough in our view. And the hotel is on a very narrow block - unlike the sprawling Hyatt a few doors up. The service is impeccable and a great restaurant. Good for kids/families who seem to be everywhere. What it doesn't have is an 'adults only' pool in a quiet area. That would be nice. Overall, 5 stars because of the rooms, service and restaurant. "
