"This is a good 5 star choice located on the Hyatt Regency beach strip. Really it is a competitor with the Hyatt but with much classier rooms - especially if you book the Impressive Suites and above. Some rooms have their own pool $$$. The service is terrific and, importantly, the aircon is adjustable. The family pool is not quite big enough in our view. "We really enjoyed our time at the property. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast had plenty of options, the rooms were spacious and the property was very pretty. But a word of warning, the beds are extremely hard. I have hip issues and my husband has back issues and the bed was too hard for us and we suffered from a lack of sleep. A new bed was installed in our room during our stay and was even harder than the original bed. (the hotel received new beds for all the rooms). I...
