"Fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency. After a long day and a half of travel with cancelled flights I had an unplanned overnight stay in L.A. before flying out to my final destination. The staff there was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. Very clean, very quiet, the gym is fully equipped. Very thankful to everyone there for making sure I could check-in early and have a stress free day while dealing with travel delays and re-bookings. "

"Only 20 dollars parking at parking lot connected to Loews. No need to Valet! That’s great in LA. Clean, comfortable space. Good, expensive breakfast. Did double charge me minibar waters so I had to call after checkout, which was annoying but resolved. Recommend."

"The hotel has a great location. It is walking distance to Universal City Walk. The customer service is excellent. The only think I noticed was the carpets in the hallway looked a bit dirty and needed to be cleaned."
