"Nice to be RIGHT on the water/beach. No hotel seating, typical for beach services to provide umbrellas and chairs for rent. Great food available on the property, with hundreds of other options very near. Our favorite thing was the ABCstore right on the premises. So much variety from salads to sweatshirts and sunscreen. Rooms nothing special but nice enough. We had to pay for room upgrade to get partial ocean view and would recommend it. We did ask if the fee could be waived r/t our gold One...

"The property is conveniently located to all of the dining in the shopping at Waikiki Beach. The room was spacious and Well appointed. The bedding and pillows were really comfortable. I only call was not being white on the beach as it made. It appear in the pictures. There are two buildings between the hotel and the ocean, so your view is limited. Also, you need to walk about 100 yards down a path to get to the beach."

"Hotel is in a central location, close to everything which was great given we were first timers. We had a partial ocean view room, the view was fabulous. Room was clean and perfect for 2 people. Beds were comfortable. Only drawback would be the resort fee at $40USD is excessive given there are not a lot of ammenities at the hotel compared to others. Would consider staying here again given its location. "

No parking at the hotel, but their offsite parking was about a 6 min walk for only $10 per day. My only complaint is that the room doors close hard/loud. Even with that, I’d stay here again."

"We stayed here in 2021 for our 10th anniversary and came back this year for our anniversary again and got a balcony room. Unfortunately, the balcony was closed due to repair work being done and that was pretty disappointing. The internet was also not very good, and I had to use my phone's mobile hotspot to get connected most of the time. We still had a great trip, and we will be back because we love the resort, so hopefully next time those fixes have been completed."
