"The property was beautiful. The rooms very comfortable. Front desk and valet staff just great. Very centrally located. The room service staff very nice. However, the food served by room service left a lot to be desired. My Thai Chicken Salad was ghastly. Wrecking a salad takes some doing. They need to imporce the recipe or just take it off the menu. Grocery store bagged salad is better and so much less expensive. Take my advice and pick up sandwiches, salads and snacks at any of the many stores...

"The location on the Riverwalk is perfect. Our room was small with a tiny bathroom and closet. I expected it to be more luxurious for the price. The balcony was very small, but had a lovely view of the river and the Christmas lights. Very noisy at night, though. I don’t think we will stay here again. "

"It was very comfortable and close to downtown. The room was very spacious and clean. Beds could be a little softer but enjoyed our stay."

"Best hotel we have stayed in! They were very attentive to our needs. We Stayed two night for an anniversary trip and night one they sent a bottle of wine. The other night we came back to iced champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! Hotel was beautiful and right on the River Walk. We will be staying here again!"
