Room was smaller than expected, and needed a little bit of upkeep (one beside lamp attached to the wall was loose and hanging down, TV control box was hanging below the wall-mounted TV). Sink area was small. Unfortunately the bathroom had an awful smell, that I assume was coming from water in the toilet. We had to keep the door shut all the time, otherwise the whole room would smell also. "
