"Fantastic views to the river from our room. The bed was comfortable but there were no chairs to sit on only a tiny stool to sit on. The room has small kitchenette but no utensils, no dishes and nothing else. My elderly mother was with me. She spent lots of time on the bed. The room came with two pillows so I asked two extra pillows for my elderly mother so she can seat more comfortably against the headboard. I was a little surprised they changed me $10.00 for two extra pillows . Not a nice...

The front desk staff doubled assigned another guest to the room I was already assigned to, and it caught me by surprise, but I understand mistakes can happen, and she handled it accordingly.
