"フロントのスタッフも朝食時のスタッフの方もとても明るくキビキビと働いていらっしゃるのが印象的でした。ルートインは会社も大きいのは存じ上げておりましたが従業員の方がどういう風な指導を受けて生き生きと働いているようになっているのか少し不思議に思いました。どこのホテルでも目指していることだと思うのですがなかなか実現するのは難しいことだと思います。"

"夫婦＋小さい子供2人の4人での宿泊でしたが、夜、朝ご飯共に子供にも配慮してくださった食事を提供いただいたり、時間の変更にも対応してくださったり、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。5歳の子も楽しんでくれたようで、次はもう少し早く来ようねと、再訪をを希望しておりました。建物は確かに古いですが、それが温泉旅館、的なところもありますし、水回りもそこまで気になりませんでした。時間の関係で今回は露天風呂に入らなかったので、次はそちらも楽しめたら良いなと思いました。ありがとうございました。"

"The service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a positive experience. The only reason for putting 4 stars is that the bathroom in our room had a strong ammonia smell. Also, as a heads up, I went with my elderly mother and the building had steep stairs to get to the bath and dining, and the room was not exactly barrier free and we tripped over a couple of times (We didn't think much of it at the time of booking, so it's our fault) Otherwise, it was a great!"

"布団を敷いていなかったのでお尋ねしたら、エクスペディア予約なので布団は敷きませんと言われました。ので仕方なく自分で押入れから出して敷きましたが、、そんな決まりがあるのでしょうか！？大浴場は悪天候にもかかわらずお風呂にだけ入りに来てる方々もいました。広かったですが露天風呂が雨のため入りにくかったのが残念でした。駐車場も広くて止めやすかったです。"
