"Okura is an elegant and classic hotel situated centrally next to Hamamatsu station. The location is very convenient to nearby dining options. Currently there is construction going on so some of the restaurants are inaccessible. I would recommend to the management to consider improving the skills of the concierge/bell desk staff to assist international guests also. "
