"Kind staff that were helpful. The rooms were clean and had comfy beds. They gave us plenty of clean towels and basic toiletries like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The bathrooms were communal, but that wasn’t an issue. The only group I had was that some of the bathrooms were not as clean on the left side. "The property was in a great location for Top ryde shopping and for the bus into the city. If you have a car paid parking is essential as no off street parking. The parking does need to be better organised as they give you a dedicated spot but when someone parks in it we were the people losing out. The room was compact but functional. There needs to be bedside lamps on both sides of the bed as the overhead lights were very bright . The staff were very friendly. "
