"Really beautiful, comfortable space for short and long term stays (my second time booking here). A few of dishes had food still stuck to them but fortunately there’s a dishwasher en suite. Could do with slightly better lighting in the bedroom area as the hanging lamps are so low they can’t illuminate the pages of a book unless you get right beside them. "Loved Edinburgh of course, Chisholm Hunter Suites are excellent, would have been good to spend a lazy day inside but too much to do and see. Couldn't get a late check-out which would have been very helpful, but had luggage storage at the office nearby, and light rail to airport just outside."

Couple of relatively minor points- the apartment is quite big, the bed is too small and not that comfy. Also in the small dressing room there’s a full length mirror & storage but no place to plug anything in. Other than that a really good and easy would have happily stayed longer."

"Fabulous location, room and facilities. Only slight peeve was no mini bar in the room and two complimentary tiny shortbread biscuits in refreshment tray. Tesco express within 100 metres resolved this. Stayed over six nations Rugby and although hotel full to capacity no fall in level of service. "

"This was my second visit to Edinburgh and my first stay at the Apex Waterloo and I loved it! The hotel is well situated in the center of the city and close to all the major attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff are very welcoming and sweet. The sauna, steam room and pool are terrific. And I booked a room with a tub large enough for two people and it was a lovely treat! I highly recommend Apex Waterloo for a fantastic stay! "
