"The only two things I don’t like. The first one being the noises around the hotel. They don’t settle into late in the night. The other thing is the hiding fee of being there daily. That wasn’t nice since one is already paying a lot. I haven’t seen it in other hotels."

"Not worth upgrading your room to a higher floor. $15 per nite extra for a higher floor that goes up 22 flights to see in an aly way. Dont waist your money. Free breakfast is danish, apple, banana, and OJ. The coffee bar was nice though. . "

"The property is conveniently located nearly Soho and Chinatown and a very walkable distance to Union Square. The room really only had what you needed - a bed and a bathroom - which is perfect for a short 1-2 night stay. The only thing is that Houston St gets pretty loud in the nighttime so I highly recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper."
