"I'm glad my wife and I chose to stay with APA Hotel Roppongi-Ekimae! It was our very first visit to Japan and this location made our stay absolutely wonderful. The hotel staff were kind, thoughtful, helpful, friendly, and very easy to talk to. We were always greeted upon leaving and entering the lobby. We loved wearing the yukatas and having clean, fresh towels daily. Every three days, our room was cleaned, and coming back to a spotless room and bathroom felt so great. The APA Roppongi-Ekimae...

"Was a clean and nice hotel. Rooms are a bit small but worked well. Great location with lots of bars/nightclubs/restaurants and subway station nearby. I did not like that the elevator always stops at floor 4, going up and down. It seems like it's a waste of time and unnecessary. You also need your room key to get to your floor level which is very inconvenient if your friends are on a different floor, so it makes it hard to meet up. Oh and the desk chair has no back and is very uncomfortable but...
