"Let’s get the slight negatives out of the way first. 1) It’s a LONG way from the city and is over an hour on public transport. (2) the decor is slightly tired (3) The televisions can be on a little loud in the downstairs lounges. Other than that - ITS WONDERFUL! "Our accommodation was spectacularly clean and the staff members are very accommodating to us. Jana and the lady who served breakfast on Wednesday 25th September were super friendly. Lady on reception was also polite. Closest station is a 12-15 minute walk to Roma Monte Mario which is only 20 minutes of a train ride from Vatican City. Bus stops are near too. A supermarket and McDonalds are within a 5 minute walking distance and lots of independent cafes in the area too. "

"Perfect mid trip overnight stop driving from Florence to Naples. Self serve laundromat only 1 km away - clean clothes for the rest of our crazy road trip! Arrived late after desk closed, but clear instructions were left at the friendly tavern / coffee shop right next door (I think a business partner maybe?). Limited parking but we felt safe."

"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...

"Prior to arrival it wasn’t stated how to check in. The building is above a grocery store attached to a strip mall that’s very difficult to access at first. The area was quite a ways from Rome City Center and taxis were very upset taking us out to the residence. "

"Hotel is about 20miles from the main tourist attractions in Rome. Room was clean, basic setup to sleep and shower, nothing fancy. Staff was VERY nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was light. A/C worked fine. Bus to the local train station stops right in front of hotel. To get from Massimino to Rome is about a ten minute bus ride to the hote then about an hour train ride into central Rome."
