The property is well located, walking distance to the vatican, restaurants and shopping. Old building, our 1st room bed was terrible, fridge disgusting. they moved us to a better room. They try hard but they don't even have a microwave in the whole hotel to heat up your food.

The whole staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We had a few problems with our room so I called front desk and the lady was very helpful and accommodated us into a different room without extra fees! Love their complimentary breakfast!
