The property is well located, walking distance to the vatican, restaurants and shopping. Old building, our 1st room bed was terrible, fridge disgusting. they moved us to a better room. They try hard but they don't even have a microwave in the whole hotel to heat up your food.

The whole staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We had a few problems with our room so I called front desk and the lady was very helpful and accommodated us into a different room without extra fees! Love their complimentary breakfast! I’ve stayed in Rome a couple of times before, and this hotel was affordable and as clean and comfortable as any I’ve stayed in. However, what set this hotel apart was its staff, especially Alex. One of our children had food poisoning on our next to last day, and Alex was so helpful and accommodating, helping us make sure our son was comfortable and helping the rest of us order food through an Italian food delivery service. The staff warmly greeted us every time we went in and out and made us feel truly welcome.
