"Grand style of hotel from a hundred or a hundred and fifty years ago. Had two rooms, one on the 1st floor (2nd floor in the U.S) facing the street - lots of streets noise most of the time. 2nd room was a higher interior room and it had had some hallway noises and noise from other nearby rooms. Once again it's a hotel that's been around for some years. Overall a good experience."

"We have just had (Nov ’24) a wonderful week’s stay at the Hotel Cellini. It’s a peaceful and happy place to start each day from and return to. The location is very good for a 20-30 minute walk to lots of the attractions in the city, and the easy availability of taxis means you don’t need to walk back at the end of a long day out. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast with pastries, cold meats, cereal, cheese etc, although nothing cooked. As there is no kitchen, they don’t do evening meals...

"This is a pretty nice piece. Super quiet, clean, great staff, very helpful, respectful, close to local transportation and train station, restaurants, shopping for just about anything, and of course churches. But keep an eye open, look for the light brown heavy doors, or you’ll miss it. Ring the doorbell on left side, easy. Receptionist Liubliana and the nice lady in the restaurant are the best!
