"I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views. I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath. The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. "

"This was my first time to stay in a Ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) and I really like it! The hotel was a bit old but still in good condition. They have indoor & outdoor hotspring pool plus many other facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. Buffet breakfast & dinner both were great too. Free shuttle service available too to pick up from/drop off to Kagaonsen station. Thumb up!"

"My family stayed here for 1 night. We got two rooms. Both rooms were huge with two double beds in each room. I estimate the rooms were 2-3 times the size of a typical Japanese hotel room. "This resort appears to be popular with families with little kids. We got a room with 2 beds and 2 futons so it was larger than the usual futon only rooms. It had a bathroom but no shower, with expectations that you would shower at the onsen. They had free parking which was nice.
