"Our stay included 2 rooftop pools and they shut down access to one of them during our stay for a private event for all the days we were there. One day is bad luck, but our entire stay? This hotel was so expensive because of the included amenities. Plus they have an entire section dedicated to ‘exclusive access’ and on top of that they shut down another pool?
And everytime we asked for helped we were always redirected to another staff member.
An example of this: we brought cash to tip the staff, we went to concierge to ask, they directed us to reception. Reception directed us to the boutique shop. The shop directed us back to concierge. No one wants to actually help. They just want you to go away and not be a bother, but they still want us to tip, and participate in the time share lunches and sell you stuff when you already paid to be at this expensive hotel. The food there also messed up our stomachs pretty bad. We went with a group and it effected everyone.
The hotel is very nice. But the staff and the food quality are disappointing at best. "
