"We had a wonderful stay. The reception staff were so accommodating, kind and friendly as we quickly realised we needed a bigger room with a kitchen sink to be able to wash our babies bottles. "Very comfortable bed. I really liked the couch in front of the large window to stare out of on a rainy day. Breakfast buffet was solid. Loved the pancake maker. Bacon was a little cold but over all everything was pretty tasty and decent selection for breakfast. Coffees were delightful. Staff great. "

"Breakfast was great, lots of variety of food, service was good. Nothing to complain except room service staff mistakenly took my bathing white towels away. Got a bit frustrated. "

"It is a very basic hotel but after a 10 hour flight it was all we needed. The only problems we had were the 2 rooms we booked weren't available (which I find weird if we paid) but the lady at the front desk was lovely and made it up to us with discounted shuttle passes. The front door to one room didn't close properly so we had to put the extra lock on for security."
