"The room had a very comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was good and the service staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Only small complaint was a gap in the door which let in cold air, but the heating system was more than adequate to keep us warm. We found the location very convenient for where we had to go, and price was reasonable, so would stay there again. "

"A lovely house in a beautiful part of Vancouver. For the money you pay to stay there it's a steal. Very quiet and perfectly safe area to be in. Short walk to stores and restaurants. King Edward station for city and airport around 1.5 miles, which I was happy to walk to. Can get 25 bus if you don't fancy it. Place was covered in snow the whole time I was there, creating a truly chocolate box feel. Would recommend without hesitation."

"Always a pleasure staying at Smithe house. Great location and lovely apartments. Customer service is excellent, being able to text a real human and get fast responses is a key reason why we book here. When our plans changed they were accommodating and they also gave use an upgrade one night. "

"I stayed on February 2nd, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but what truly made my stay special was the exceptional service. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Gurjot at the front desk—he was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay. His warm hospitality made a great impression on me. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future!"

"We had a wonderful time here. Miss Anna was accommodating and communicative before, during, and after our stay. Such a clean, beautiful house, nice bed, and fairly close to a gas station convenience store. It’s not too far from the Metrotown mall either! Would definitely come back! Oh, and don’t forget to take off your footwear at the door to keep the house clean if you’re coming by to stay. Keeps the floors clean! ;)"
