"Great hotel, room was very modern, clean and comfortable with beautiful Mountain views. Great location, near ski lifts and ski bus across the road. Breakfast was excellent, wide range of options, 6 courses at dinner was excellent. Afternoon snack was delicious too and great for when you come off the slopes. Loved the spa especially the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Dressing gown slippers and towels provided. Will definitely be back. "

For coffee you need to pay for a very expensive buffet ($22) or drive to the next town. Virtually no soap in the room. Need to press the dispenser a lot to get any soap. "Just confirming the first impression: it is not the check in time, it is not that I was expecting a 5 stars service, as the owner keep saying, I was expect some courtesy. The hotel is nice and clean, the owner is just rude, it assault you verbally (first things to discuss my negative first impression was to wait for me on Sunday morning before breakfast and stop me to “discuss”) and I am taking comfort from the fact that I am not the only one but she has lots of negative reviews. No hard feeling...
