"The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. "Our experience at Villa Gabriela surpassed our expectations. It is a family owned villa that included personal and excellent service, facilities, 5 course meals, fresh breakfasts, and spa facilities that included a sauna, steam room, and lounge area. "

"Vi hade halvpension med utmärkt frukost och mycket god middag. Servicen var bra både i receptionen och i matsalen. Vi var tre vuxna men i ett dubbelrum och hade gott om plats. Vi åkte längdskidor varje dag och hotellet är 10 minuters promenad till gondolen. Det går även bussar var 20:e minut om man inte vill gå. Vi uppskattade relaxavdelningen med pool, jacuzzi och bastu."

"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....

Be aware that only gin was included (so we were told) so other spirits are paid for, which is strange (and not all inclusive).
