"Everything was exemplary. Pre-trip communication and response time was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help with every detail of our stay. The manager made it a point to introduce himself when we arrived. The room was 10/10, and the location is as good as it gets in Zermatt. Views of the town and the Matterhorn were breathtaking. "I had a studio (north) room. It is spacious and bathroom is modern. The room has a balcony with mountain view. Full kitchen. Not far from train station but in a quiet area. Breakfast is excellent. Indoor pool is also a plus. Like the place very much."

"Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. "We actualy were move over to Mont Cervin Palace (Sister property). Wonderful experience. Staff exceptional in every way. Helpfull and friendly. Property: wonderful. Great breakfast and breakfast staff. Pool was very nice. We were primarily hiking in the area so it was nice to have a pool available at the end of a long day in the mountains. Location: centre of the town. Everything is walkable. Loads of pubs and restaurants within a couple of minutes. I recommend and would stay here again."

"This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"

Matterhorn at last!

"This is only the second stay I've had in a hostel and it was a very nice experience. We ended up getting a room with its own bathroom and a view of the Matterhorn out our window. The room wasn't all furnished (e.g., TV) but it had everything one needed and was spacious for a hostel. The breakfast was as good as any other hotel we stayed at on our trip and saved us at least $40 franks both days. Getting to and from the hostel was easy enough while walking or riding the local bus (red line to Luchre) from the main station. I would stay here again, no questions asked for the price and what you get."
