"Lovely stay. Perfect location for going to see Wicked at the Victoria Apollo theatre. They contacted us during the day to say they had boiler issues and we would get a full refund. We still decided to stay as it was only one night without a hot shower. Electric heater was provided in the room. Kept us plenty warm enough. "Before checking in I requested a particular floor to be on and this was granted. Very friendly staff.. check in could have been quicker . Breakfast was good but there could have been a few more options( you had to pay extra for an omelette) Room was clean, comfortable and with a large tv screen. "Nice Hammersmith boutique hotel. Reception is self check in with tablet which I hate, especially when there are two members of staff going spare. I opted for a Luma room which was a mistake as it was in the basement which was freezing. Called the janitor to help with the heating, he was so helpful and even came back to check we were ok. Room ok once warm but found carton and hair from previous tenant around bed. Same process on check out, do your own typing while being watched by two reception...

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3

"This is THE hotel to stay at, if you have an early flight out of Term 2 or 3. Yes, it's a bit more expensive, but if you stay in the "outer" hotels you have other expenses, and the hassle/ uncertainty/ wasted time of getting from or to your hotel Hotel itself: First class. Good in house restaurant. Rooftop cocktail bar. Morning buffet- wide choice, good food. Ignore Expedia's confusing breakfast "options"- The less expensive one gives you everything. If arriving at airport by car, the hotel has its own entrance- don't pay for the terminal drop off. Easy walk, not out in the elements, to/ from tube station in Term 2. I imagine Terminal 5 also has a very close hotel... but I'd still stay at Hilton Garden. Take care to get RIGHT "Hilton" "at" Heathrow. You want the one AT to Terminal 2/3. "Hilton Garden Inn""

"The staff at the Sea Containers was absolutely amazing! I could not ask for anything more....everyone at guest services to the concierge to the bellman, Lamesh and David were wonderful. It was such a wonderful place to stay in London! Five stars for sure!"
