"Love the staff, friendly kind helpful! Room was just okay . On arrival safe had to be replaced! Lights out, table in room unstable. After a few days our door to our room would not lock! This is far from a Deluxe Room. No upgrade was offered or any special treatment for being a Gold member. "We’ve been coming to Casa Doña for years and it keep getting better! The room upgrade was very nice, huge room, large comfy bed and loved the large shower. Perfect water pressure, easy to use a/c and enough English channels to keep us entertained those few times we were watching. Nice sized fridge, coffee maker and a very nice sized balcony. "Very nice hotel up in the hills. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice pool and outside areas. The AC worked great in my room and also included an overhead fan. Fairly convenient to restaurants, bars and the beach, juts a little walking. I would definitely stay there again."

"It is a great place right across the street from the beach - literally. You are on a back street that faces the ocean so great views. Small boutique hotel, each room has a kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave) and everything you need. Free breakfast that you order off a menu - not buffet. Pool was great and private. I will say that the website pictures are very well done - I was expecting super fancy and it was more simple yet authentic, but I guess that's par for the course."
