"Hotel was in a good location and the terrace connected to our room was nice overlooking Prague. Customer service was average and there were issues with the showers in both bathrooms. Fix your plumbing. Building works going on which was noisy in the morning. Cleaning could have been better. "

"This room was amazing! It was centrally located and easy to access. This was the first time we stayed in a lobby less hotel and I was a little hesitant but I would definitely stay here again. There was a place to store luggage around the corner since we arrived early and they were very friendly. Any time I messaged they responded promptly which I appreciated. "

"Brilliant appt in the heart of the old town. Everything is mins away and all conveniences are at your doorstep. Coffee shop, chimney cake, supermarket right opp and exchange next door. Uber can be booked to a location just 100 mtrs away. The studio appt was wonderful. It’s huge by European standards and well maintained. "This hotel was in an excellent position for walking around the sites. I can not fault this hotel at all. Any questions or queries, they answered straight away. The staff were friendly and helpful. If there is any advise i can give, take an umbrella in winter & visit the little cafe nr the hotel (on the same side). Oh and also have a ride on the scenic tram number 42."

"This hotel ticks every box when doing a city break! Close to public transport, a great shopping centre, a plethora of eateries nearby. Down a wee street, so still quiet! I was very grateful for the free upgrade & the room was just spotless! Loved the strong shower.l & underfloor heating in bathroom. Breakfast was lovely. Coffee & hot choc very good! Staff were very helpful & friendly in giving advice also. Cannot recommend enough! "

Perfect hotel

"Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend. Great location to easily get in to all the main areas. Good transport links with a tram right outside. Breakfast had everything you could need in the lovely restaurant area. We ate one night in the hotel and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. We couldn’t have asked for anything else from our stay and would definitely come back. "
