"I would have given this property 5 stars because the location, rooms and front desk staff were amazing but the cleaning ladies were so loud and obnoxious in the morning talking to one another that it was unbearable. We dreaded every morning being woken up by them when you're on vacation. They should be split up and clean seperate areas of the hotel to discourage them from socializing. Hopefully this can be remedied because it completely ruined the experience."

"The location was amazing. So close to Charles bridge and the castle. Also access to a beautiful foreted park area within two minutes was fantastic. Views were beautiful. Considering the apartment was on the tram line it was very quiet. Having AC in both bedrooms was a blessing and the smart tv kept the kids entertained during the thunderstorm. Beds were comfortable and a washer and dryer was a huge plus. Would stay again."
