"This is a beautiful property in a great location both for many of the “big” tourist sites and for transport. The staff are there to help and will do a great job if you need it. I was a bit disappointed but the breakfast, but the restaurant was under renovation temporarily and I suspect they were limited by that. I’d stay here again without a doubt."

"Great location, great communication and amenities in the room. They are still building and redoing rooms so there was construction noise, construction materials in the hallways and the smell of fresh paint in the rooms. Should be great place once they are completely done. "

"All was good with the hotel.The breakfast was good but, the”American Coffee” could have been sewer water, disgusting. Starbucks is American Coffee, so please change the name or change the coffee. Get a machine like all other hotels I stayed in(25) in Eastern Europe."

"Modern clean apartment with everything a traveler might need. We also liked the location in a safe and quieter part of the city, yet within minutes from Wenceslas Square and other tourist destinations. The main train station is also very close and from there, one can conveniently travel to the airport on the AE bus. "

Loved this hotel!

"We spent 5 nights at this hotel and loved it. Location is amazing, walking distance to all main attractions and around the corner from a metro station. Room was very spacious and everything was perfectly clean. It was also very warm, considering that it's mid January and it's really cold outside. Check in was easy and check out even easier. Dining area is large, no issue to find a table, and breakfast was just amazing! A lot of different food options every morning, both sweet and savory and it's constantly replenished. Every one was nice and we would definitely go back again. "

"Great choice! This property is one block away from Palladium Mall. Imperial Cafe is on the first floor. Sauna and steam room was great after walking an entire day. From this property you can walk to see all the main attractions. To get to the hotel and back you can use Uber. Internet: Fast My room: imperial suite. Very clean Hot water: Warms up fast with good water pressure Breakfast: Good - At the imperial cafe. I highly recommend this hotel! "
