"The room was large and comfortable When we booked breakfast was included but no breakfast for anyone as kitchen was getting renovated. I was a bit annoyed that I hadn’t been notified by hotels.com or the hotel before our stay. The water pressure in the shower was poor but hot enough and the shower tray filled up with water on our last night we had noisy neighbours (if you know what I mean) which spoiled our stay a bit but overall cheap cheerful handy for the town. "The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and welcoming and check in/out was simple and easy. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy, choice of pillows with extras in the wardrobe and the shower was hot and powerful. We enjoyed using the pool and steam room before check out in the morning. The only tiny problem that we had was that the car parking app didn't work; but the machine outside did, and the discount code to reduce parking to £8 for 24 hours was appreciated!"
