"This hotel is terrible. We felt so unsafe, there were a number of unsafe things in our room such as the bathroom window being broken, meaning member of the public could see when using the shower. When we approached Staff about this, they laughed and were talking about us in Spanish, the most unapproachable and rude staff we have ever had to deal with. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone it is atrocious. "
