"I booked my daughter & I into this hotel for 3 nights, long story, but I had to fly out to Tenerife because she broke her leg; the staff in this hotel were brilliant with our needs; they leant us a wheelchair, and saw to all our needs & gave us a courtesy room while we waited for our taxi after checking out. It’s a lovely clean, warm & friendly hotel, all the staff are were accommodating. The pool area is brilliant too. I would say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in."

"Loved my stay here again! I got upgraded as ive been here a few times before, thank you 😊. Hotel rooms are very clean, has amazing views of the mountains and the sea. The pool area at the top floor is great for views! In a very good location too where you dont get too much noise but only 5mins walk away from main areas. "Apartments are decent for the price but could do with makeover. Kitchenette poorly equipped. Ok cleanliness even though we were greeted by a cockroach on the first morning. But what makes this absolutely a horrible stay is the noise from the strip of discos across the street. First night of our stay we had an apartment directly facing the street and the noise level was 80-85dB from 10 to 4 in the morning, no way to sleep.
