"The location is right downtown, immediate walking distance to restaurants, museum, historic buildings. No elevator and parking is half a block down the street. "Always enjoy Stratford and Bentleys. The only complaint is the horrible mattress protector which feels like slippery plastic under the sheet and is very hot. It definitely interfered with our sleep quality. Otherwise, the room was great "

"The room, which was large, was warm and toasty when we arrived. It was very clean and cozy. I was surprised to find no coffee maker, even though coffee cups were sitting on top of the microwave, and no hair dryer in the bathroom (or anywhere else), but perhaps these omissions were due to our visit being during the Stratford Festival's off season. Overall, staying at the Travellers Motel was a very good experience."

"Staff was friendly, room was clean and a spot to sleep. Reasonably priced. It’s a good place to stay if you need a place to rest. There is a tv, mini fridge and a microwave. The blankets are soft. I did fine the floors to be cold even after heating the room but nothing slippers can’t fix."

"This is the fourth time I’ve stayed here. The last two have been drastic improvements. The refurbishments are obvious. The character of the bldg is somewhat respected. The staff are kind. The room is fresh. And the complimentary treats were a pleasant surprise. Love being downtown. Thank you. Will be back again. "
