"We loved our stay here. The property is located perfectly in the Inner Stadt. Easy access by walking or public transportation. The staff were so polite, welcoming and helpful with directions, making reservations, anything you needed for a wonderful stay. I would recommend the breakfasts. The breakfast choices were amazing. "Good: location, room size, all basic needs taken care of Less good: beds not that comfortable, mattress quality was reminiscent of a youth hostel; area is noisy at night; one window did not close properly so the room was noisier than necessary Strange: apparently an earlier guest had removed shelf boards from the closet and put them between mattress and box spring, perhaps to make the bed harder; the boards were still there, maid failed to notice them"

"Loved the room and location. Clean, has a safty box, confortable, could make tea and coffee in the room. Easy check in. Did not like that the room was not completely dark at night, and you could hear the cars and people in the street, but it was not very disturbing for us."

Best Hotel!

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! It’s right next to the heart of Vienna, very easily accessible to all the museums, theaters, and transportation. The staff is extremely courteous and they offer a phenomenal breakfast. Along with the beautiful rooms, they have excellent amenities like a sauna room, gym, and lounges. I will definitely be staying here again!"

"You cannot be in a more central location than this. It is at an intersection near the middle of the main shopping / dining pedestrian walkway that is always busy with people, and St. Stephan's Cathedral is right beside it. Walkable to many other sights, restaurants, and other districts. The hotel itself is first class, maybe not the most spacious or updated, but in great condition. The excellent breakfast buffet is a great way to start each day, but there is also an extremely popular and excellent cafe right next door. The hotel has 2 restaurants, and I wish someone had told us that they are quite in demand, particularly the one toward the top with the beautiful views, so that we could have made an advance reservation (it was all full for the 3 days we stayed). We were a family of 4 staying in a 2 queen bed room (we hear all rooms have 2 queens), and there was plenty of space for us. "
