"Walking distance about 17mins to Zongli night market. Near Taoyuan airport. A pity that once carpark is full, one has to park in public carpark nearby. Hotel parking only allow one car in or out at one time. If another car came in when the other is coming out, I wonder who will give way...alarm will only sound when the car is coming out from B1. "Excellent hotel great value. Love the breakfast. Close to all the restaurants and attractions in downtown Hsinchu. Few blocks away from Big City with its food court. Also just few blocks away from the markets, etc. You can ask the hotel staff to schedule taxis for you so you're not waiting for ubers in the morning, as it could get busy and a long wait. However, it was odd and annoying to find out that there was no soap to wash your hands and the only way to get soap was to go down to the lobby and purchase it. "The facilities are very rundown and the room is horribly old and even the bathroom door is missing and not replace. There is total no place to put the towel and noting to hang the towel or clothing when you taking show. Worst still is that there is no hot water for the shower during the cold winter for all the rooms I had booked for myself and my guests. Horrible!!!!"

"Staff are extremely professional and courteous. I recommend this hotel to everyone. However, it is a little further away from the airport, but is not too far from the Chungli train station. The taxi fare is about NTD 100. The hotel is also next to the Metro to the airport, so if you are not traveling with a lot of luggage, this hotel is definitely your choice. P.s their complimentary breakfast is very delicious and full of varieties. "
