"My Taiwan didn’t start off too hot. First the landing was delayed then I got into with immigration. I was staying at the hotel because of a long layover, maybe the airport should build an onsite hotel so layovers wouldn’t have to deal with immigration. After a few rude taxi drivers and airport security guards I had it with Taiwan, I wouldn’t want to come here for tourism with everyone being so rude. I got to the hotel after midnight then she was there, receptionist “Beny” she was so nice and so sweet. Her English was almost perfect. She didn’t know the struggles I went through at the airport but her nice demeanor was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Beny, I wish I could’ve met more people like you in Taiwan."

"Things I liked: Sparkling water dispenser was nice, rooms were classy, table was large and spacious, beds were comfortable, rooms were quite high tech with touch screen controls (maybe even too high tech), wonderful balcony view, shower tub was useful for shower or bath/hot tub, welcome fruit was a nice touch, provided coffee and tea with electric kettle were great. Luggage storage wears helpful for further exploring the city on check out day. Things that could be better: Gym hours were limited and later access would have allowed me to use the facilities. The entrance was hard to find at first since I needed to exit the mall and reenter from outside."

"Top class hotel. Unfortunately they had a water leak when we checked in that caused the elevators to malfunction. The staff went out of their way to limit the inconvenience as much as they could."

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city . Corner room offers great views that make you wanna stay inside and take in . Staff are all great and accommodating . The public bath is Japanese style that literally is just one huge bath tub . The breakfast buffet is very good and so is the pizza . "
