Wonderfully clean and neat hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, they have the cute robot for dishes that drives around the dining area. Close to HSR and MRT. Surrounding area is nice and quiet too.

The staff is rather accommodating. We arrived at 6:30 am at the hotel and was able to check in all our suitcases. The buffet breakfast was included with our stay and the selection is great. The staff helped arrange taxi hire for the day and we had a great time touring Taipei without worrying where to go with two young children. Again top notch hospitality and highly recommend to everyone with short stop in Taiwan.

the hotel has nice little touches for kids, like smaller slippers and toiletries. location is great too as it is near the airport. however, perhaps some of their staff members could be more welcoming. good stay overall!
