"The overall experience was very pleasant, a lovely place to stay and surrounding area was nice with places to eat and a little supermarket 1 minute away. The only thing initially was when checking in there was only a woman that spoke Italian so was a bit confusing for me but she still gave me the key for the room etc...a little afterwards another woman was there that could speak English and the payment was sorted out. This wasn't a big deal to me but could be for others. Would definitely stay...

"This hotel is beautiful. It is well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. The staff are lovely too. It is situated ten minutes from the train station and from there you can get to Pisa/Florence/Livorno easily. There is a secure underground carpark which is handy as well. "

"Absolutely perfect place to stay when using Pisa airport. Nice rooms and across the street from the railway station which has access to the airport. Just not to sure about the carrots and broccoli on offer for breakfast!!"

"The hotel is very convenient for the station and the main sights are walkable from it. If you have a room on the road side there is a fair amount of noise. It is comfortable and everything is very clean. Our shower worked well but I found it impossible to stop it spraying on to the bathroom floor. The breakfast is continental but with a fair range. Overall it's good value for money. "

"I liked the cleanliness, breakfast, parking, and reception staff. However, the breakfast area staff was noisy, talking to one another loudly and nonstop, not allowing customers to have a comfortable breakfast. The same applies to the room cleaning staff. They show up early and make the same noise. "

Great time in Pisa

"We booked the Hotel as it was right next to the Tower and looked lovely. We did notice the separate building listed on the reservation but assumed this was in a building next door. There was no indication (or we didn’t pick up) this was a 5 min walk down the road and the other building is part of a residential block of flats. Not ideal as we felt a little disconnected but the room was lovely. Loads of space for the 5 of us and was really clean. Great little coffee machine and fridge in the room. Had a great time in Pisa. "

"It was a last minute decision to go to Pisa. Having never been there before, I just picked the closest available property. This was great small off street parking area, but conveniently located with 3 minute walk to the leaning Tower.the breakfast was good, but get an early time, as the selection was less at 9:00. Everyone was helpful and friendly."

"Heaven truly exists. It’s because of this place at villa petriolo. I came solo and had the most amazing, healing time. The spa, gym, fire pit and areas to relax/ decompress was like nothing else. It was a true Tuscany experience. The staff here all made me feel welcome and seeing them everyday for 5 days, was truly so special. Thank you all for making it a place to remember. It felt like home and when I got in the car to leave, tears flooded my eyes. I can’t wait to come back one day again. Top notch experience. Brava. "

"In front of the tower. A Unique experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. However, the real highlight was the breathtaking view from the window—waking up to such a stunning panorama was simply magical. "Staff were awesome! Hotel is beautiful. Would stay again. Beds were super comfortable. Best sleep we got in Italy. This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. We did not have breakfast or lunch at the resort but we did have dinner. As someone who is accustomed to fine dining, it was disappointing. Food was under seasoned and lacked depth of flavor. I would definitely stay here again! Just next time venture down the way 5 minutes to a local restaurant. ☺️"
