"We really enjoyed the location, in Cho Lon area, means no other foreigners than us in the hotel and in the area. The only small point was the fact that this room (804) located at the top of the hotel was also next to the lift machinery : that causes a kling-klong noise when the lift reverses its course. "Everything is good. Friendly staff and good service, excepting for the room we booked. I expected my room with the window so that i could have a good view. Thus, I booked the premium deluxe double bedroom with the window. When I checked in, they gave me the room with frosted window where I couldn't open or look outside. Our flight was delayed due to visa hiccup but the staff took good care of me and my boy. "Very nice staff. Extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean and tidy. A nice balcony overlooking the city. The washing service was too expensive so I was disappointed with that. "Room was very clean. Shampoo, body wash and toothbrush provided. A bath mat and Hand towel would have been useful. Bottle water is available for purchase at reception I believe. Tv, fridge, aircon amc fan. Has an elevator. Hotel arranged for motorbike rental 150k a day delivered and picked up from Hotel. Parking is inside the hotel gates. "

"This hotel was bette than expected! It seems to be an apartment complex that owners rent out to visitors. We stayed 3 nights in an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and it was perfect. Nice to have the family together in one space instead of different hotel rooms on different floors. The amenities were good and property is clean. I liked the card security system so no one can get inside if they don’t belong there. The person who helped us with check in (Ha) was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!! "
