"This hotel was in a perfect position, walkable to both the main tourist areas as well as where the locals live and eat. The staff were friendly and helpful and the entrance to the hotel is stunning. Breakfast was nice, had the basics of what you need to start the day and change ups to the menu each morning. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, on level 9 I couldn’t hear street noise which was great. Would recommend and return."

"Our favorite hotel from our trip. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and spa. Great breakfast and drinks as well."

"We stayed here for 3 nights. Centrally located this hotel met all our needs in terms of being close to sight seeing areas as well as shopping. With the room, we got free: 2 bottles of water, soda water and beers. We appreciated these freebies. Breakfast was also lovely with a selection of local dishes mixed with the usual American style food options. If you want to be in a centrally located hotel, then Winsuites is for you."

"Excellent location and pricing is easy on the pocket.. Breakfast is simple and reasonable considering the amount you are paying for it. I arranged for a wake up call as I had an early flight to catch but it didn't happen , fortunately I was able to wake up in time on my own. Other than that, was satisfied with what I got"

"It is not my first time I book this hotel and I am never disappointed. The room is great and brings a nice relaxing atmosphere everytime I come into my room. Staff is nice too, willing to help. I had the breakfast this time and it was ok. I would still recommend you go outside to try the actual local food! Just a reminder to prepare cash for the deposit (500k or 1M VND). Other than that, i highly recommend this hotel!"
