"We had a wonderful stay at Son Hoi An Boutique Hotel. There was a minor issue with our booking at check (occurring from an issue at Expedia’s end). Staff were able to resolve this for us and ensured it did not negatively impact our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we loved the attention to style and detail. "We booked a low floor connecting room. Room was clean and it was not noisy despite low level. However, basin in master bedroom was small and tap was hard to turn on.
