We stayed in this quaint boutique hotel pre Covid and were pleased to be able to stay here again The staff where exceptional- especially at the breakfast buffet and reception The location is very close to the ancient city so it makes it very easy to get around without transport It’s a smaller hotel which makes it more enjoyable

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was about a 5 min walk to the river and nightlife festivities, and provided a quiet relief afterwards. The pool was AMAZING, so beautiful with all the greenery surrounding it. The room was clean and great for a 2 night stay. Definitely recommend.

Amazing experience! Stayed for two nights and had a remarkable time. The room is very spacious. Service is really prompt and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good although not a lot of variety. The kids swam in the pool. My husband used their cute little gym. It’s enough for two people. It is quite dainty. The location is the best! Spa is incredible. Got absolutely spoiled! The free bike ride also adds a nice touch to our experience. Will definitely come back to this place!

Do not be fooled by this hotel’s photo’s, star rating and property description. The common areas, lifts and rooms are very dated and run down. The pictures on Expedia are misleading and it’s nothing like the hotel we saw or the rooms that we were given. The furnishings bedding and towels were old and shabby and there’s a building construction site next door with constant drilling and hammering. Overall it was so disappointing that we checked out within half hour of arriving, only to be told by the receptionist that we would not get a refund for our 2 nights accommodation, paid for in advance. Very disappointing hotel and service.

The most refreshing swimming pool in the world.
Close to all the attractions and the staff are great! The swimming pool is absolutely amazing! The room is very clean and beds are comfy. Great choice of food at breakfast as well... The only thing that stopped me giving this 100% which bothered me, the general wifi is open and unsecured, come on it's 2024. However, in their defence they did give me secured wifi with a password. There is even a great laundry service across the road. So close to perfection, but an easy fix! I will be back....Thank you!

We stayed here for 5 days, the hotel itself located just outside(literal 5 mins walk) the historic city. We were saved from the hustling and bustling of the night market area without being far away from it. Staff explained and gave us intro about city when we checked in for the room. Room was spacious and clean, the balconies with the creepers vegetation was awesome. Breakfast was decent, enough spread and variety. Spa was great. Our stay in the hotel really add to the whole experience in Hoi An.

This is an awesome hotel which led to an wonderful stay for us. The location is very close to old town and night market. The staff were extremely at best with their customer service. Buffet breakfast has lots of varieties and outstanding service. Our VIP access was recognized from the beginning to the end of our stay. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were very helpful. I do however have two major concerns regarding the hotel. The first is that they advertised a free beach shuttle. This however is not available and should be removed from the listing as it played a factor in me choosing the hotel while denying their customers the service. The second concern is regarding the free bike rentals in that they are not safe to ride and someone that is not knowledgeable or experienced with bikes may get seriously hurt. The hotel makes you sign a waiver that if something happens to one of their bikes, that the customer is on the hook for over $100. The bikes however are in poor repair. Four of the bikes I tried did not have working breaks. I offered to show the employees how to fix these but they are not provided the tools necessary to maintain the bikes. Two of the four that I tried had flat tires. They do not have a pump at the hotel. Lastly, most of them looked like the bike chains had never been oiled. The result of this will be that a customer will take the bike out and get stranded when the chain breaks which by the look of their condition. Overall, it's unfortunate that the hotel cut corners on the amenities and that for this reason, I dont feel it lives up to it's 4 star billing. The reception and building staff were excellent. The flaws in the hotel are from a hotel management level not delivering what they advertise.
