"The front desk staff and any staff for that matter seemed like I was a burden when I was there. I approached and checked in (the girl was on her personal smart phone doing something) and the attendant there seemed like I was bothering her. I asked for some help with luggage to my room as my fiancee and I had just been on a long flight and wanted a little help... "Very happy with the apartment and property overall. It looks great and it's well-maintained. The whole interior is clean including the beddings, towels. Appreciate the free water, coffee/tea in sachets, amenities. Had a great view from the room in 19th floor. The reception is friendly. Will book again when in Ho Chi Minh."
