All the staff went above and beyond, they were kind and very helpful. Lynn Yeo helped us with our check-in, and it was smooth sailing. Truly satisfied with their services. The location is also in the middle of Hongdae, close to restaurants, a convenience store, and shops.

Had a week-long stay at this hotel, and was extremely satisfied with the location, check in process, and staff assistance. Those that love shopping around Hongdae will appreciate staying here too! Since it's so close to both the subway and bus lines, we had no problem traveling around. Only downside for the room is that it doesn't seem like the AC gets very cold, which may be troublesome during hot summer days. Other than that, the staff also helped book a taxi for us to go back to Incheon airport after checking out:) Thank you Mercure staff!

Convenient and clean

Location is very convenient, right in the Hongdae street. Shop and drop your loots back in Hotel. Staff is very helpful and nice. Room is in great condition just that this period there is construction at level with the pop-out store, so will hear some drilling.

Pros: Amazing location, rooms were clean, AC worked well. Lobby was pretty. Cons: Rooms felt very small due to the layout. Most of the square footage was in an unused part of the room by the window, so you’re constantly squeezing past your partner to move around the room. Breakfast buffet was worth going to; poor variety and low quality offerings. You have to take two elevators to get to your room (one up to the lobby, then another to the rooms), which got a little annoying when elevator traffic was high.
