"Room 202, my bed firm in middle, but left and right side was sinking if you lay on it. I informed the front desk when I checked out, hopefully will fix that. Bedsheets nice and soft, good 4 pillows and the room very clean, the bathroom a bit dark, the like on the sink having problem. Water pressure is okay with single point hot water line. "We had a wonderful time at this property. The room was clean and service was excellent. The owner arranged a trip to the lake which was one of the highlights of our vacation. The location is very close to the market and we had access to excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Siem Reap. "

"This is our second stay at Viroth's Hotel and it exceeded (once again) our expectations. We were there for a week and the staff made us feel as if we were family. Sokah at the front desk was amazing (as well as the others) and the dining staff were top notch. I loved seeing everyone in the mornings welcoming us to breakfast. Felt like home. "This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety of wonderful fresh foods, including salad and beautiful fruits. Channa the massage therapist gave me the best massage in my life, so I went back three times. The location has great places to eat and shop across the street, and Pub Street is a short walk. I highly recommend this hotel. The pool and spa (sauna. Steam etc) are perfect as well, with happy hour every evening. "
