"They was not any bed spread provided for one of the bed. The room -the the pressing iron for clothing was burn as shown in yhe picture. That's the first time ever wearing my nee suit smh. The flooring need cleaning The electronic not functional period. The bathroom shower dirty. The walls was stripping and needs of painting. "The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . "

"Overall the place was a cute place to stay for a few days. Maybe more much more duitanle t h as n a hotel as lthough i prefer airbnb. However it was enjoyable relaxing TVS IN ROOM NEED TO BE UP TO DATE DIDNT PLAY GOOD FOR GUESS TO WATCH THST NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED, AND TRASH SHOULD BE DUMP DAILY OTHER THAN THAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY "

"As per email exchange with Hotels.com, we are trying to obtain a refund for this booking as, on arrival at the hotel, the gate was chained closed. We had kept trying to phone to confirm our ETA but the telephone number was unobtainable. The hotel did not attempt to contact us. We were very disappointed as the remote location really appealed to us."

Secrets St. James Montego Bay - Luxury - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"I booked an ocean view room for my sister and I to celebrate her birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Lots of activities each day at the resort to participate in or just laying on the beach was incredible. Facilities all around seemed and felt clean and up to date. Food was tasty. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We ran into one incident during our stay, that was immediately rectified and I was pleased about how it was handled. After running a bath at the end of the night to relax, the bathtub began to leak all over the room floor. I called the front desk to let them know of the situation. The woman at the front desk sent a bellhop to move our belongings to another ocean view room on the same floor, along with a pair of the maintenance team to fix the tub. My sister sister and I had a fantastic time & thinking about returning this year!"

"The staff was very friendly helpful and nice. Loretta was the best omg did I tell you about her energy every night she had activities planned for us to do. Her games were on point. I loved that every day was a different theme. Jamaica day was my best day the food was on point. This hotel makes you feel at home. Breakfast Lunch and Dinner amazing. I love the strip everything walking distance. Oh and don’t forget the beach Doctor’s Cove. Loretta made my birthday very special. The pictures came out very lovely oh you should get the massage the hot stones omg. My room was decorated for my birthday. They sang happy birthday at our night gathering. The bartenders with the drinks desert team. Jamaica is a place I will visit again and I will definitely stay back at Deja Resort All Inclusive. Wish I could add one of my pictures Loretta took you would think it was professional "

"Everything was great just they the food options for vegetarians was very limited which should be corrected because the number of prime that are vegetarians in the world is growing we found our selves eating at one particular resistant 6 days out of 8 so that wasn’t pleasant but other than that everything was nice"
